Item is not on sale - Mithras

I just went into the game after the last updates and when I went to buy some gear from Phirius merchants at Varanas, it says that the items are not in sale.. may this be related to the recent issues on the server? Hope you can fix it as soon as possible, and thanks in advance for your work :)

This is a known issue, not only for Mithras, all servers are affected. We need to wait for a fix on this one unfortunately

Since we can only buy the level 97 gear from shell merchants, does this mean it is acceptable to buy them now? when they first arrived, GMs told us not to buy them, but now they are the only choice.
