Account Error Message

Upon Login attempts i always get this Account Error / login message

ive tried everything i could to fix it but its making me furious.... ive changed the country, my password over 4 times, my account is created and fully activated.... ive restarted computer 2 times now, also searched online only to find to find nothing to help

was wondering if anyone had some ideas how to get the game to work? im new here just starting the game for my very first time so total noob at this game :thumbsup:

Both the GameForge Live Client and the Runes of Magic client need to be set on the same region. If you play on US then set them both to US, if you play on EU then set it to EU. And then log in.

Hi there, I'm new in this game too and experiencing the same problem. I just made my account and have registered/confirmed it and all, but every time I try to enter the game, I get the "account or password error" message, even though I have set both RoM and the GameForge live client to the same country. Is my username and pass not the same in the game as my client on the RoM website?

If you can please contact Support and create an account with the same email you registered your runes of magic account with and Support will look into your issue. Also check your email and junk folder for an activation letter and make sure your account is activated.

This should be a sticky. I was only selecting US for the initial client and this was causing issues for me. I assumed it would select it for the game client too. Thank you for the fix.
