Login Issues

So I find this funny, and annoying at the same time.

I can log into the forums and the main website, but the game just says Account or Password Error.. after fighting with that only 207 times, I decided ok.. I will contact support.. but wait.. I can't log into that either! Doesn't recognize either my account or password, but I can use the exact same info to log into the main page????


I am a old player wanting to see how far the game has come since I stopped playing years before.. Gotta admit, preventing me from logging into the game and support.. that's a good way to get me back.

you need to create a support account (it is seperate from game and forum accounts)

So, who is going to tell OP that his character is gone with the merge?

Long version: servers were merged late last year. Only active accounts were moved, to clean out those who are not in game anymore. And there was a manual merge option, given to those who came back after merge, but that option expired recently.

In other words, make new account and new toons if you want to play. What you had is gone.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

Accounts did not get deleted, but yes, the time for manual merges expired and if you want to play again you will have to either create a new account or use your old account to create new characters.
