Contact support. There's a tab at the top right of the page. Make an account using the same email that your game account uses.

AYA have your been gone for how man years? if it has been and u just getting back we had a merge and for a short while ppl who did not make the auto merge would contact support for them to move you. that offer is done. best to redo what you had
