Characters Deleted?

Just reinstalled after roughly 2 years and I guess the servers got changed. I used to play on US Reni with 3 characters. Just wondering why the client is registering that I have 3 characters, but theres nothing when I get to the character select menu.

Servers got merged, only active characters were moved. Being gone for 2 years, your characters were not marked as active. They offered a manual move for a while after the merge, but that is gone by now - deadline was couple weeks ago.

Sorry to be bearer of bad news, but the toons are gone.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.
