How to use coupon codes?

I won a coupon code in the poem event, got the code, but can't figure out how to use it. Do I use it in game in the item shop? If so, which password do I use with it? I tried my in game secondary pw but it gives me invalid serial or password. Please help. Thanks.

It's hidden on the website. When you login to your account (you can use your account name or your email adress), click on 'top up diamonds' then 'redeem coupon'.
