How is it that the folks who run this have had to go back after time change, twice a year for several years, to fix siege times, but have yet to implement procedures to proactively fix it when time changes, instead of a knee jerk reaction every single time? It's not like the time change causing siege times to get messed up is a new concept every time. If I had to go back and adjust my servers after my customers complain every time the time changes, I would no longer be employed.
