Server restart Failure?

When I woke up I found that my guild castle slave was no longer logged in at the garden. When I tried to log him back in I got the message that the area was not available, and asking if I would like to enter through Mountains. When I agreed to that, I got the same message the Howling mountains is not available, would I like to enter through Holing Mountains. I came to the forum and found a posting that the servers had been restarted to allow a repair to the item shop. I'm guessing the restart didn't work?

Oh- Useful stuff- Erebos server, The character selection screen shows only one channel. I have tried logging toons that are parked in multiple zones. Same result. :(

For all zones to be available it might take some time

can you be more specific what zone is not working cause i am currently on Erebos and can teleport around
