Cannot log into my Support account

I just tried to log in using the same password I have used many times. It told me I had the wrong password. Clicked on the "Forgot password" link. Went to my email, clicked on that link. Went back. clicked that- went back to my email and copied down the most "unrememberable" password in history. Typed it in,did not work. Copied and pasted. Nada. HELP!!!!

you can always just make a new one, and add the email of your intended account onto the support account after creation.

Ummm... Okay. I think i get it. So, create a maintenance account without a real ACCOUNT account? Then add the email of the correct account??? :huh:

Yes, basically. We don't have the ability to reconnect people to their support accounts like we do with game accounts, but there's no limit on being able to create new and get the same job done. It does add one more hoop for you to jump through: adding the email address of the game account you're interested in to the support account. But, that's not a big deal.

There should be a "forgot password" link to follow to get the password emailed.

If you create a support account and try to add your other email address that's also on a support account you're run into some trouble.

Part of my problem is that the game account I am trying to get support on is associated with an email account that I did not log into in over 6 months so the email service provider shut it down. I am trying to figure out how to get this thing working. I have created a different email address and a maintenance account. Again i couldn't use the password. Did the reset thing, new weird password doesn't work. However, after 24 hours the failed password reset on my main account that started this thread worked just fine. Do we need to wait 24 hours for the maintenance account to actually be active or something? And can I connect the new maintenance account to the game account associated with the email I can no longer access? I am guessing I am not the first with this problem. Or better yet is there a way to connect multiple game accounts to one maintenance account, since logging in for help you have to name the game account anyway?

Oh, yeah, and thanks for the fast responses. You guys and gals take a lot of undeserved abuse here about how you and GF don't care. I know better.
