Item Shop buttons not working - Only shows blank box???

I have a Mac so downloaded Runes of Magic through GameForge using Crossover Client. Everything works properly with the exception of the item shop buttons. Both buttons bring up the item shop screen but it just show my diamonds and rubies on the top right and is blank otherwise. Has anyone else had this problem? I have already uninstalled and re-installed to try to help it to no avail. It is very hard to play this game without the ability to access the item shop. I also verified that I am in the right country selection, have played with different size screens, and have waited long enough for it to load.

Also, anyone who as a Mac, is there a better way to access and play this game?

I run it in a Bootcamp partition, FWIW. The shop is glacier-slow and clumsy to navigate, but it works.
