Unable to login

I have tried and tried my user name and password and still I get an error saying one is wrong (IT'S NOT ) so what can I do to correct this?

Sounds like your game is set for the wrong region - the install defaults to Europe.

To fix this, click the big red Region/Language button on the RoM game launcher and switch the game client to USA.
You should then be able to log in without problems.
