Collecting Gifts sent to my email not working

Hello everyone, I am new to the game. I have only been playing for about a month maybe, and so far I really enjoy it. However when I receive emails with collect your gifts button and I click on the button it takes me to the main website to login in, I login and it says I do not have a character. I make sure I am on the us region, I also am logged in at the time and I still get the same response. I have been emailed three times with gifts I cannot collect. Anyone know what the problem is and a solution? Any help is much appreciated.

I personally have never heard of getting emails with gifts? When did this start happening?!

They haven't gifts on sign up or email for 4 years+ sadly and something that we have been asking for so long!!!! How about those Annelia wings!!! or pets for 8 to 12 diamonds?? etc would be nice to get some love!!! :love:

Then why am I getting the emails that say collect your gifts? It was just this week. It is bugging me lol.

I got one a couple weeks ago. It was just for a Phoenix Redemption though so I didn't bother trying to redeem it.

I only still get email for announcement type stuff but never any kind of free items anymore

Perhaps you can provide the email address that you received that offer from here, and a GM can check to make sure it's a valid address and not a scam. I don't think that would necessarily be against Forum rules posting an email address if it is of this nature. If it is a scam, then it needs to be made public so that all users are aware and knno not to believe it. If it's legit, then I see no harm in the playerbase knowing a legitimate game-related address.

Well it isn't asking me for any info it just takes me to this page which says you have no character.

I was hoping a GM could look into it and answer my questions because my friend tat I play with gets the same ones I do but they do not work for her either.

Finally got an answer, so it seems that I must have signed up initially on the EU server before I signed up on the US server not realizing I did so. The gifts in email are for the folks on the EU servers only. Not really fair but that what I am told.

The 'gifts' are meant to entice you back to the servers - since you don't play on EU, the 'gifts' will just be a quirk of your game account there.
If you were to stop playing on US servers, you should eventually start receiving emails for the US servers to entice you back.
