Account blocked

Hello, I havent played Runes of Magic for years, and I wanted to come back and see what's going on. As I couldnt remember my password, my account got blocked. Is there anyway to get it unblocked again?

Hi there,

the best thing I can suggest over the forums is to check to make sure you are logging into the correct region. Start the Runes of Magic launcher and find the red "Region/Language" button and ensure you are set to USA.

Failing that, you will need to contact support - find the link above or in my signature here on the forums. We unfortunately cannot verify if you are the owner of the account in question anywhere but the ticket system - so that's where Banned account inquiries need to go and be resolved from. :)
