Client not opening

This morning I woke up ahead of the alarm clock and decided I should do a little ROM to get my going. The client won't open. I checked the forum for maintenance announcements and found nothing. Went to mmoserverstatus.com, and saw that the EU login and several EU severs were down, but US login and servers are pinging back just fine. Is there a problem, or an unannounced maintenance?

Many of gameforge products and forums were down this morning unexpectedly (and all at once). The .us servers went down for this reason. They should be available now.
