Buggy Champion Skills

Title: Buggy Champion Skills

Description: I have noticed a couple of the skills involving the Champion class are very exploitable or are unclear. These bugs are easily replicable.

1. For Champion as a main class, Chain Drive triggers properly. However, when this buff is active, it makes any skill with a cast time into an instant cast skill. An easy example is to have Champion/Priest trigger Chain Drive and then cast any number of Urgent Heal or Rising Tide skills during the 8 seconds Chain Drive is active. It eliminates the casting timer while not consuming the Chain Drive buff. This is primarily a problem for Champion/Priest (Rising Tide and Urgent Heal) and Champion/Warlock (Psychic Arrows, Weakening Weave Curse, Soul Pain, and Sace's Scorn).

2. For Mage/Champion, the elite skill Voltage Seize functions properly. It also triggers properly based on Electric Bolt's Current. Once the castable state is entered, the only cue is a visual one based around the feet of the character. The player may also cast Voltage Seize multiple times because the castable state is only removed once the target has been hit with a Voltage Seize bolt. For instance, a player can cast multiple Voltage Seize if cast in rapid succession on the enemy if they are at a long range but can only cast one in a shorter range. Using a consumable buff would help remove any ambiguity in this matter.

3. For Champion/Preist, Divine Vengeance functions and damages properly. The cooldown reduction and stamina boosting from Way of Frenzy also function properly. It is very difficult to identify when the player is in a state where they can cast this skill because there is a simple visual effect that only plays when the player is hit and enters this state. Using a buff or a lasting visual effect would help to remove any confusion in this matter.
