You hve more then just a bugged skill from the looks of those screen shots. Should you choose to fix your textures/graphics you will need to reinstall. I suggest turning off your virus scanner when updating the game, since I read somewhere that is one potential cause to the corrupt textures (the virus scanner inteferes with the patcher preventing it from working/finishing, and you get a funky looking game as a result).
