mail box osha server

hi i found what i think is a bug in the game last night i bought a few items in the auction house and they said they transfered to my mail box but when i went to check my mail none of them were there. how do i fix this or at least get them items or my money back because i spent over 200k in gold on thoughs items

@OP

Apparently you logged onto Osha quite early after they came back online.
That said, the server is running just fine now, mailboxes, AH and the rest are now operational.
It just takes a little time for everything to open up as soon as the servers are restarted. :)

But as Yrcanos stated, if you are still having issues, please do contact support via the link they provided.

Nor will you, until you open a support ticket and they have a chance to look it over. You need to put as much detail in the ticket as possible.

ok i put the ticket in right after my last post earlier and they still havent taken a look at it yet, but unforunately i dont remember what the names of the items were that i purchased so i hope that wont cause more problems

Support tickets take longer during the crisis situations. If you lost your items on an average week it would take around 2 day. I am guessing with the amount of people having problems logging in etc.. support is slammed with tickets about a problem they are waiting on RW to fix. So I am sure you are in a line longer than normal.

They done always seemer ta haver some emergency ter handle so that tickets take longer. Hire more support? Course, usually the answer me done do get from em be, "srry we cannot aid yer at this time," or some such nonesense. Me no even bothers ter sender in tickets anymore.
