Not sure if it is intended or not but I noticed a few things while testing Veng sting:
1) It never triggers against a critical hit
2) It doesn't reflect on attacks with a distance of 100m or more
3) Sometimes it triggers back to back twice, and sometimes it doesn't trigger against a normal hit at all.
It would be nice if a proper way of how Veng sting works is given to the skill's description.
Because nowhere does it say it doesn't work on critical hits nor says on attacks 100m or less.

no it doesnt. only works on normal attacks. wont trigger on crit/miss (from the attacker side) or parry/resist/dodge (from the defender side, i.e. the r/m).
2) It doesn't reflect on attacks with a distance of 100m or more
i assume it affects all attacks in range of 150. the reason is that whole r/m combo is based on "throws". and since throw is of 150m, i find it reasonable to be at 150 range.
3) Sometimes it triggers back to back twice, and sometimes it doesn't trigger against a normal hit at all.
this is fine as long as the total number of procs r as they should be. maybe depends on abit of lagging. btw, when u say it doesnt trigger against a normal hit, u mean no trigger at all, or delay to get recorded?

I'M LYING THIS SKILL HASN'T BEEN FIXED!!!!!!!!! ... at least in siege...
In a duel, it was broken, for sure. In duels, vengeance sting will now always proc on incoming damage.
In siege, vengeance sting will ONLY PROC ON NON-CRITICAL ATTACKS.
The first issue mentioned in this bug thread is still an issue, ONLY IN SIEGE.
