Firstly and most important, I posted this here because it doesn't say that this is a specifically in-game bug reporting forum. If there is a more suitable place, please move it there and no harm, no foul. Thanks.
Secondly and almost equally as important as above: Good work on the new skin. I really like it. The response time for visuals on this skin is much improved for IE8 users. Nice work!
The bug report(s):
When you go to quote a post, the "how to quote" selection button is chopping off half the text, making it difficult to tell exactly what you're clicking on.
(a visual problem) The reply button is huge and blocky compared to the rest of the skin. Not sure if that's intentional, but it looks weird.

Using IE8, 8.0.6001.18702 on a fully updated Windows XP Pro machine. Just checked my laptop with Firefox 19.0.2 and the reply button looks less blocky, but the Quote button still isn't working:
