Battle Status quest

Title: Battle Status quest in Sarlo (Epic questline)

Description: Quest is completed but Kargath Duran is missing. After asking around if seems like you need to do this quest before doing normal zone quests. I did all zone quests in Sarlo and then I start doing Epic questline from Syrbal to Sarlo for my 2nd class and now I'm stuck with it and can't complete because Kargath Duran is missing.

Version: 6.0.2.2662
