m/s Wind Fire Cultivation not giving buff to crit and acc

Title:
Wind Fire Cultivation
Description:
supposed to give use of both Fire Arrow and Power of the Wind. Fire Arrow in addition to added damage to Shot gives a crit boost. Power of the Wind in addition to added damage to Shot gives an accuracy boost. Wind Fire Cultivation is just doing the added damage portion of these two skills.
Version: 6.0.2

Are you sure you have checked your stats? Because I know the buff itself doesn't say anything about crit or accuracy, just "Employ both Fire Arrow and Power of the Wind at the same time." But if you open up your character screen and go to magic. Once you active Wind Fire Cultivation my crit and accuracy does actually go up.

r u sure u check under the "magic" tab and not melee or ranged? just as an alternate explanation

I can confirm the same thing is not working for me. I get the crit up with Fire Arrow. I get the accuracy up with Wind Arrow. I get nothing with Wind Fire Cultivation.
