Title: Mage / Warlock elite skill Elemental Extraction

Description: The skill says "When attacked by Flame or Electric Explosion, the targets Physical Defense will be reduced by 30% and Magical Defense by 30% for 10 seconds". During a pk mode test of something else I noticed the debuff only lands if you score a critical hit, not every hit like the skill says.
