Download issues?

Title: Yes, Download Issues...

Description: At about 1 PM Central Time (Not too sure about Pacific), server Reni-US (at least) brought on a glitch preventing house NPC's, the Auction House, Guild Castles and supposedly mailboxes from functioning. The house NPC's glitch out and render no service upon trying to enter any house (be it your own or another player's), the Auction house upon searching will stop progressing once a search has been started, and the option to visit castles (again be it your own or others') simply yields no results. Furthermore, accessing accounts since this started appears to be not working, as the login UI locks up at "Loading Character Data".
EK's theory? The clients don't appear to be able to download information from the server at this point.
