NPC Bankelemos in Belathis Fortress Easy does not summon boss 4

Title: The forth boss in the instance Belathis Fortress easy mode is broken

Description: To start the boss fight, you talk to the NPC Bankelemos and the boss Manipulated Faruter spawns. When all the friendly NPC's die, you lose the fight. However, when that happens, and you talk to Bankelemos again and tell him you are ready, nothing happens and the boss does not spawn again.

The NPC Bankelemos also breaks in boss 3. When he transforms into a dragon to fight against the dark dragon Sayafiz, he falls under the ground (not really a big issue, but looked kinda fail).
