Rescue operation in MT

Title: Rescue operation

Description: The quest NPC just says they are busy instead of starting the event. However there is an npc that runs to the edge of the bridge, but there are no mobs for him to fight. So it looks like it is not spawning the npcs and there is an event in progress, but wont end so it can be reset.

Version: 6.0.5.2683

Server: Artemis

Edit to add, also I know of one of our characters that did this quest 3 weeks ago with no issue and a friend of ours did it about 10 days ago.. maybe two weeks. Since we just had mait, I don't know if it was broken with the mait or it occasionally gets stuck and needs to be reset manually.

There seems to have been past reports on this exact issue, so it keeps coming back as well.

Fixed with mait today, at least for me.
