Efficiency Guide broken

Title: Efficiency Guide+50 does not give the correct amount of rage/focus/energy

Description: The Scout/Druid level 60 elite Efficiency Guide+50 used to give 30 rage/focus/energy.
Now it gives 3. Verified by two different scout/druids.

Version:6.0.5.2683.en

Server: Indigo
