[Siege War] Could not register for 11 PM PST Siege War after successfully registering the previous day for the same time

Title: [Siege War] Could not register for 11 PM PST Siege War after successfully registering the previous day for the same time

Description:
I successfully registered my guild for 11 PM PST Siege War on Tuesday,
2/25/14, but wasn't able to register again for the same time, 11 PM PST,
on Wednesday, 2/26/14.

Version: 6.0.6.2689.

Server: Palenque.

Screenshots: None.

Other thoughts:
I was able to register for 3 AM PST Siege War on Wednesday, 2/26/14, so
there's nothing wrong with my rights to register. Maybe because the
time when Siege War starts, 11 PM PST, is 12 AM server time and is
considered next day, it doesn't allow to register at 9-10 PM PST slot
(10-11 PM server time) as it thinks the guild already had one Siege War
that day. Basically, registration for Siege War and actual Siege War
happen on two different days (today you register, tomorrow you have
Siege War)
