Help unable to enter RoM

Title: Unable to enter RoM

Description: At the champion select page , it say the area selected is not available , would u like to enter howling mountain from Pioneey Colony
but i keep clicking comfirm the message keep coming back :cookie: :cursing: :cursing: :cursing: :cursing: :cursing: :lol:
