We had the Frostbite event, but perhaps the mid season restructuring stretched staff thin for giving out stuff.

A better question is where has the support staff been during the holidays? Has anyone put in a support ticket and got a response or issue fixed since December 26th? Is the entire staff of frogster on vacation? I see no sign of life from this company with the exception of a handful of GMs, CMs and Forum Moderators. If you had an issue resolved or at least responded to, except the generic computer generated response, please post here because I would like to know if anyone has had any follow up from the support staff.

Grinch steal Christmas? Actually, probably not that far off. I know that 3 of the GM's were terminated and as a result had to drastically change their Christmas gift giving plans...

I wrote tickets to them for an error buying reindeer mounts as i was actually buy Guildmaster rune packages, but the pages switch as i was buying the Guilmasters.

Then they said erase them and we will send you replacement, did that and told them what i needed. Then the e-mail doesn't match your account, lol. Told them i actually use 2 e-mails for security reason, since their record for hack account isn't that great. Send them an e-mail to fix that from the right e-mail and now they don'T reply anymore. It is just sad running a business like that and leaving customers in the dark.

I'd run my business like that and i would close down within a week. What makes a business is their customers and the support they get.

Just getting tired and frustrated that for all the money spent, writing tickets and no replies.

Well we still have a few FA GMs left, but they don't do anything they only answer support tickets. I have been told they are not banned from posting in forums or coming in game, but that is from a Frogster EU GM, same people who told us they were "Just helping out" then shut down FA.

Yup were in a bad state folks. 3 week sales, waterdowned XP events. Biggest American holidays treated like just another week.


They tell us not to put the tin foil hats on but were so abandoned beyond belief we have nothing but to wonder.

So wait, do you guys actually think you are arguing the same things?

Do you want GMs to answer tickets, or do you want them to appear in the forums and in game?

You do get that these are mutually exclusive right?

Though wait, they have secret of duping! I'm calling an exploit on this one :D

Information: many GM's were running through the landscape giving away holliday cheer and presents on both the US and EU servers.
Granted they were not there all day but at various time. They have some life after RoM!

Uh. Well, over Xmas and probably at least up through January 2nd, I would imagine they were spending time with friends and family.

I don't feel as though there's been a lack of support, as they did answer a ticket I had about my recent loading issues. As for the current sales, we'll see what happens when they expire.

When i started playing RoM, FA was still around and i saw GM's online, talking in world chat too. But ever since the so called Merger of the American side to the EU side which was actually a downsize. I have not seen a GM ingame at all, no world chat shout, no nothing...If it really was a merge, why haven't I seen the FA gm's on forums...:confused:.

It doesn't take much time for a GM to log on the servers and do some friendly world shouts and to hang around a bit and mingle with players. Practically all games with GM's do that as it helps build better relations and such. For instance if you want customer support for any product, would you rather talk to an answering machine or a real person :rolleyes:

Sorry I will reword my post to reflect a more cheerful attitude.

Thank you Frogster for taking my money and not giving me my diamonds I purchased during your 120% more diamonds sale. I would also like to thank you for not responding to my single report ticket on the matter. I look forward to being robbed from you on all my future purchases.
