No reponse from support

i am not happy about this at all if this continues all players will start leaving i myself am close im sure there is another game that actually has a support team that is funtioning

no rant just a statement i have tickets without response and if i state the actual problem it would be against the forum rules so in other words i want people with the same no response from support to post here and maybe we can get an answer as to why .................with greater numbers greater chance of getting information

I have submitted a total of 13 tickets since FrogsterEU has taken over.

I have not had any ticket exceed over 7 days without a response.

I submitted a ticket few days before new years about an issue with my debit card not working to buy diamonds and i know it had money on it cause checked balance online, had no reply for like 3 days. I did finally managed to get a solution on the 4th day, I simply canceled my ticket and didn't buy diamonds :D.. FEU saved me money lol

Really? My wife is still waiting for an unresolved ticket regarding missing storage chests and items since NOVEMBER 14th , her ticket info is: [Incident: 111122-000364]
She is afraid to add anything to it as it will end up at end of queue...so she waits and waits...

I tried biting my tongue and all that got me was a deleted post. Are you serious? I have stated the problem numerous times in other posts quite politely I might add. 13 days without a response from support. 2 seperate GMs looked into the incident and said it was chugging along as it should be. Really, 13 days and it is chugging along just fine?

Ranting and Ranting about it will not help anything. If your post got deleted, it was for a reason i guess and you was doing something wrong. Stop the QQ and let them fix it properly .

Its not really ranting when people complain about not receiving something they have purchased with real money. If a said person buys a product or service and they do not receive it that can bring up Legal issues which is why 99% of people keep documentation and logs/receipts of purchases just in case something awry were to happen. I don't know if this applies to the rest of the world but from where I come from, taking money and not giving the purchased item to the buyer is considered Theft :rolleyes:.

If things are backed up, staff is overworked, be honest with the customers. Company Honesty can keep or drive off customers with problems. A customer with deep resources/friends in high places can be very scary to a company if they decided to take legal action :p

A. New players can see what is going on behind the curtain. RoM isn't what is was when it first came out.
B. Takes up space.
C. What are forums for in the first place?
D. Sending pm's is basically same as posting on forums...


I have also made a thread about them Hiring more Staff to better handle workload. I very well know what they are doing and how they are handling it.

Let them fix it properly, ok just like they fixed my 6 missing housekeepers and chest full of goodies. So that has been months and still not fixed I should wait that long patiently for $100 of missing diamonds at 120%. Good advice, dude....

They will get there. be patient for sure. I hope in your case if they cannot get all returned to you the compensation will be reasonably fair.

Be fair to them, they truly are swamped. there is a thread that breaks down the math of how many tickets they have potentially had to weed through on this one single issue. and it is....staggering.

How about someone from Frogster comes on here, explains what the current ticket wait is, as well as explains how backed up they are.

Maybe then everyone will stop slamming each other against walls. For those of you defending RoM while violating rule 6 (and I hope you FMs are handing out warnings) please put yourself in the other persons shoes at how frustrating this is.

And a quick note to Frogster staff, treat your fanboys as you treat negative people who rant, by being overly rude in your defense they are breaking forum rules so correct them accordingly. I have no skin in this game but I'm tired of the fanboys getting away with treating others poorly and you all looking the other way.
