I post in these threads because I have got no satisfaction & I'm glad to see others feel the same way about the poor support we have received after losing our chests. New players need to know about this!

Fun fact for the day: I'd say pver 95% of the forum moderation isn't done by anyone who is employed by Frogster, but by volunteers who are unpaid, and thus have zero incentive to pick Frogster's side over ... our own....or otherwise make Frogster look better unduly.

So if you're getting your threads closed it's being done by someone who's exactly like you in every way, but enforces the forum rules to keep the rampant disorder in check so that those who wish to use these forums for assistance (instead of a soap box to vent their frustrations) might actually find a mildly hospitable venue to do so.

And to be honest the volunteer staff has been more than lenient with everyone's problems, and I know I've personally I've left threads go untouched for the purpose of letting administrative staff see the unadulterated frustration of players, but there is a limit, and threads are closed and edited accordingly.

However the disrespect being shown to people who've personally done nothing to warrant this level of disrespect, and have done everything in their power to let the powers that be understand the urgency of the issues, exhibited by a comments like Regentego's, are very quickly testing the limits of leniency.

So this is the last friendly reminder for the repeat offenders out there who have gotten off easy for the last few weeks:
