Why is weekly sale over

Who does the weekly sale in the item shop end after one day but the last weekend sale ran for three weeks?

Some helpful definitions - a week is 7 days long, a weekend is 2 days long, a day is 1 day long

usually its like this:

Mo-Fr a new daily promo at 12:00 that lasts until 24:00 // 00:00 (so, 12h then).
Fr 12:00 -> Mo 17:00 weekend promo.

guess when the 3-week christmas sale ended? on a Monday at 17:00 ;)

and the usual daily offer of one item from 6am to 6am.
