Jewels, Jewels and more Jewels.

No other items on sale besides jewels. The jewel prices are decent, and the best deals, IMO, are 5-pack enhanced jewels, useful to those whose gear is already +12 and they just need those enhanced. Hope you stocked up on perfects, because there are no perfect jewels of any kind.

Moon (Armor) 5-pack - 249

Nebula (Wings) - 399

Notable by their absence are puri packs. We need a good puri sale and while I am glad that there are some decent deals, the sale is too focused.

Also, 10-pack AT charges on sale for 10 dias on a daily deal.

Did you notice the complete absence of discount on the advanced jewels??? They've been discounted by .2 dias approximately. Nice deal, huh?

I do have to say that I had much better luck with these star enhanced than I have with other plain enhanced in the past. I just switched to M/R (before I read about Shadow Protection being bugged forever... but it was still a massive damage upgrade for peanuts compared to the 2hd I would have needed... but I digress). When I used regular enhanced to upgrade my wings to +16 I had about 40% to 45% failures. It probably took me 12 to 15 jewels to get to +16. I just took my Ghostly from +13 to +16 and Nemesis dagger from +12 to +14 with 0 (yes ZERO) failures or delevels. One 5 pack!

I'm sure there is no difference in the jewels and I was just lucky but I'm kinda stunned. I'm also not touching those things again... I figure all my good fortune has been drained out of me!

This sale is just the right compliment to the other one. Problem with perfect perfect enhanced jewels is that they were in a pack and pack was not balanced as it should be for one piece of gear, which is 6/6/4. People ended up either buying 4 packs to get something to +16 (and thus ended with way too many regular or advanced jewels left over), or they bought fewer packs that they needed with enhanced perfects hoping that they can pick up some non-packed enhanced along the way. Packaging them separately, without packs, is a darn good move. It gives people freedom to pick just the jewels they need without having to buy a bundle where parts of it are useless. And, sure, those who want bundles got some; but I really appreciate that they dont make you buy stuff you dont need to get the stuff that you do need.

Good move, Frog sales team. You have not done a lot of things right last month, but this works.

Now, get me some bloody puries in non-oversized packages and I'll call off the posse.

Normally I'm a calm, rational individual who loses her temper approximately twice per year.

This year it might be three times.

This comment is addressed very specifically to the FI Sales Team only (collateral damage is so messy): *whispers* If you people don't remove your heads from your ample posteriors soon, which posture is frankly the only explanation that could possibly account for your resounding deafness to your customer base, and put Small Purified Packages on sale for the standard and eternal amount of 125 diamonds soon... and by soon I mean *inhales* NEXT WEEKEND AT THE LATEST... *exhales* there will be a reckoning. Violence may be committed against innocent inanimate objects if you do not. My keyboard is trembling in fear as I type this.

Yeah, nice deal, and to top it off, you lose 4 rubies by buying the pack. Saving 1 diamond costs you 4 rubies.

I can think of only 3 things that could cause such non-sale sales. Please add any other option you can think of.

1. The head of the sales and marketing team is an idiot, drunk or insane.

2. FI has decided that Americans are idiots and will buy anything labeled a "sale"

3. FI has decided to cheat their customer base as a way of increasing income.

None of these are satisfying to me, I hope it is something else.

Totally agree with the, singles coupled with the packs. A very smart move for both frogster and the players base. I have lvl 40-50 jewels because i had to buy packs back in the day with stuff i didnt need. Just taking up space now.

Haven't you people figured out You are Not supposed to realize the pricing structure of the sales and how they can be misleading and not an Actual "Sale". You are supposed to just Buy Buy Buy and not Analyze the Price. :rolleyes:
