Server Merge

Do a server merge between Grimdal and Indigo or atleast server transfers... cause this is getting very annoying doing nothing on those servers...

I've seen nothing but complaints about the population on both Indigo and Grimdal, which makes me wonder if, for all intents and purposes...

The PVP system in this game can now be declared dead. I'm not even certain that a server merger or transfer would do much to save the PVP'ers at this point. Something drastic needs to happen in order to entice people to create a character on the PVP servers. I just don't know what.

The point is we have some end gamers that are capable of running TosH but not enough to kill the bosses in there. And I don't see why the GM's are not doing anything about it, all they say is "recruit" recruit what the 10 ppl on the server?

If I had a blend rune for every time someone posted how they want to do server merge or server transfer, I'd be able to sell them, buy Tosh HM gear and still have a few millions left over.
-- Rustyx --- 92R / 92S / 92M on Reni (Guild KnightShift). Yes, running the new FOTM R/M, cause I am not elf enough to be WD/S.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

And you still wouldn't have helped the OP one bit.

psh... we're doing fine on Indigo imho. We may not have the endgame raiders to clear anything past RT, but hey, them's the breaks for rolling a PvP server. My guild is fantastically full, and more join us every day... mostly new players but they're eager to learn and progress.

If you're having trouble with the number of endgamers... well gee, perhaps you should help make some more? Recruit a newb and train him/her up, when they get all growed up, they can help you back! :D Then do it again, and again and again till you have an army of people who've been trained to play like you and yall will have a synchronicity unparalleled by those guilds who simply recruit the "good" players from other guilds and don't take the time to work on team cohesion.

Warning! This may require some of those Endgame (*ahem*) players out there who are hording all the gear and demanding outrageous prices that can only be paid for by gold-buyers to step down off their high horse and see that by creating a clot in the progression process of new players to hold a monopoly, results in the server bleeding out of anyone you would one day try to recruit.

End-game isn't for everything and I have stated this in many other threads.

It takes a group who are TRULY dedicated to complete or even attempt end-game. It's not because you do not have the people, it's because the people are too lazy to do it and the benefits are not worth the effort.

You don't even run end game instances or play the game all you do is come on and AFK. How are we suppose to run end game instances when ppl are too lazy to do it?

a lot of people tend to need to golden hammer everything and they're usually afraid of dying in instances to lose the money you put into that crap. I'm finally slowly getting away from statted UD junk, so it'll be nice to use those silly simple hammers, but I definitely feel the burn when we do sardo and grafu and say good bye to 20 goldens. that's just an example of the issue, though; people are ordinarily too impatient to die over and over trying to get a boss down. I'm used to dying being a mage first, and now a squishy rogue.
