INCREDIBLY ANNOYING!!! LOL wish they'll move them out of [COLOR=black !important]archives. the search fxn itself on this site doesn't even work right to show results grrr. [/COLOR]

that is the smaller prblem. ok not smaller, but quite big.
BUT: the forum search is an utter crap, xcuse my madness.
try searching something in a thread, it brings up results from the last page, or many time it is a "common term" and shows no results.
well no duuuh, it is common, usually it is in every 3rd post, but what if i need only those?
either vBulletin, or this forum system is stupid.

"search the forum" they say. ok, but HOW?

up until now i used google to search this forum, because it was better than it's own search function. but now what do i get?

"page not found" all the time. luckily google has a cache, but com'on, this is amateur on the worst levels.

Actually i rather like that the old indexing is still in google: If you remember the names of any of the important stickys or stumble across a deleted one by accident please view them in googles chache funktion, n copy n paste the stuff somewhere

I have to agree, almost every useful thread is now gone.

google will reindex it sometime soon. just be patient. there's pretty much no way to force them to rush it and it normally updates on a priority schedule based on how dynamic the site is, so I imagine it will be sooner than later.

edit: on second thought, it might be because the forums were setup as private when they first re-did them. I wonder if that's intentional.

should be merged into http://forum.us.runesofmagic.com/showthread.php?t=68653 & it doesn't matter if Google finds it or not...the threads are gone permanently, only way to read them now if temporarily thru Google's cache, until Google refreshes them =(

I'd also add it gorked-up a couple of guides because some of them related to other threads, had links to discussion on specific topics that where partially treated in the guide and such.

Anyway who care: this info was for noobies and at the current state of game, who would want to play this game (unless they are hooked on have friends here)
