I think what this is for is for Costumes... you can remove the 6stats that you've added to the skinned item to a Mana Stone without destroying ur Costume piece, so u can use the piece to further on continuing to skin ur higher lvl ugly outfits.

This item seems to help the endgamers farming tosh the most. They can get a clean tier 5 stone to tier with or use stat and sell the clean piece on AH. All for 39 dias. Honestly its an epic deal, cleaner plus puri=around 200 diamonds.

How do you plan to add that one stat? With 2 clean MS as well?

Not to mention, what do you plan to do with Tier of gear?

1 annihilaiton of hero + 8 junk stats i can make the item t6. junk stats are going for 4m each, so thats just 40m. Better to have new pieces and spend 40min later than having all old pieces that makes u struggle now cause u have 5 stats and 1 missing to each piece.

and for 239 dias you can extract ALL the stats again and have 5xt5+the 6t is your annihilation , have 6 of 9 t5 for a t6 item, and a stat to sell ...

so 199 dias +40M or 239 dias +12M+sellable stat ?

still want to use the 199 stone? :)

I bought a random attribute extraction stone. I placed an item with multiple stats in the Random Attribute Extraction Interface along with the random attribute extraction stone.

I do not see a PREVIEW of the results, like in the Arcane Transmuter. Is this the way it is???

Why are there three placeholders in the Random Attribute Extraction Interface if you can only put 2 items in the interface, with the result being 1 stone and 1 piece of equipment. Shouldn't there be FOUR placeholders? 2 for the items and 2 for a preview?

What am I missing?

thats because its random. how would you preview something random? :)

and the 3 slots are:

left: item
right: random extraction stone
middle: the mana stone that will result from clicking apply/ok.

i will still have the stat to sell using the 199dia one - the same one i would have using the 40dia one. plus it would take 100000 spaces in my bank (i only have 2 chests in my house). 40d one doesnt stack, its lame.

the stone has its use for me at least, not for everyone i understand.

Well, he can do what he wants with his DIAS, and I've seen people doing strange things... :)

Now back to random one. So, if I stated something, it's T6 now and has 2 crimson stats, will they make T5 or T6 mana stones??

Can you use it with clean T6 stat to create clean T5 mana stone? (what happens with T7 or T8 gear/weapons)

nope, the 199dia stone works like the cleaning stones we already know - except only for ONE stat of our choice, it gets deleted, you dont get the stat back.

yeah youre free to spend your dias on whatever way you like, still it does not make any logical nor economical sense for me , sorry :)
id rather keep some of the cheaper ones even if they use more space to use them more efficiently later ...

---
RoMage:

untested, but its supposed to be this way:

you get a manastone of the tier based on the item you extract from. so if you extract from an item which would become a t5 manastone you can extract a crimson stat to t5. You wont get 6x T8 Manastones for extracting from a T8 statted item ;)

So if the "something" you statted is a lvl68+ purple item and you statted it to t6 and extract a stat you will get a t5 stone with that stat. if you extract from lets say a raksha item youll get a t4 stone.

If you extract it from higher tiered gear the gear will keep its tier just like with using the cleaning stone we all alredy know. So if you want to put in another stat for the extracted one you'd need 3 manastones of the items' tier ... with the one usable stat on top of the stat list if you use crap-t5s).

So, to make it short:

what im going to use the random extractor for is:

- extract stats from drops or memento items that become t5 => more crap t5s for cheap.
- sell CLEAN items instead of crapped items , or make a clean t5 out of the so-cleaned item if noone wants to buy it ;) => have a stat/or crap-t5 AND a clean t5 out of one item.
- extract ALL stats from pieces i want to re-gear instead of cleaning them ... i can pick the stats from the stones i want to use again AND can sell those i dont need anymore.
Example: Cleaning wings? never again, ill extract everything and sell the stats i dont need anymore.
im still using crimson+bunker sta/pdef , so with my current wings id extract all 6 stats, keep the 2 i need, add 4 new stats, sell the 4 old stats. instead of using a cleaner for 199 diamonds and wiping off ALL old stats and need to pull/buy new crimson/bunker stats... :)

what im going to use the 199 dia "REMOVE ONE STAT"-Stone for is:
-absolutely nothing

what im going to use the Attribute Purifing Stone (the well known old cleaner for wiping the complete item) for is:
- well ..... dunno lol. maybe cleaning gear completely that i want to re-use but has no stats worth keeping or selling anymore?

Short: WTB billions of 39 dia extractors and a whole lot of storage space. :)

But as you can see from the discussion with scootermtb, thats just MY use-case. Everyone may have a different one ;-)

I'll try them out, too bad they don't remove a junk single stat from HD gear, but I guess that's what cleaners are for.

Maybe I'm confused what you mean by this, but yes, they DO remove a junk single stat off gear...and you still get to keep the junk stat in MS form...PLUS the clean gear.

I mean, lets say I pull 120% HD cape with dex/mdef, I hate using a 199 diamond clear just for that stat. From what I understand it will not remove the armors original stat. I could be wrong though

Yep, it will remove it...I've done it twice already...nice purdy, clean gear. :) In fact, I'm willing to bet the system doesn't differentiate between a stat already on the gear and stats later added via the transmuter in any way, once the item itself has been generated...but that's just my opinion.

Either way, yes it will remove the stat an item came with...I think when it says it won't remove "default" stats it's referring to the ghost stats on an item.

TY then it's worth having a few saved up, now only if ABLs dropped in price, maybe new players would stand a chance.

uhm, they do exactly that. if the HD item has only ONE stat and you dont like it => use the random extractor.

result is the item , clean, and a manastone with the junk stat...

I'm also thinking this will be kind of interesting for twinking new toons, seeing as there's quite a few equipment slots that are impossible to get clean gear for at low levels, thereby making dirty-statting gear for those slots less effective (or not worth it at all). Burning 170 dias to clean a level 1 earring...not so worth it...but 39 dias...hmm, maybe.
