Item Shop Suggestion

I'm not going to complain about the sales just make a suggestion or two.

Make item shop items and/or packages stackable. Making your items more available to your customers will result in more sales.

I'm sure I'm not alone in the fear of storing item shop items in house boxes. The whole "We are sorry about your missing items but at this point I don't think its going to be fixed." has made a lot of people nervous about storing items in houses.

Another suggestion is to add a second page to the item shop backpack. Some guildies are running out of room and for the same reasons above are not buying the amount of stuff that they would like to.

We have the money FAI, give us a reason to spend it please. :confused:

Seems to me that having certain items not stack is a way to control the volume of those items in world and what people are paying for them.

I completely agree, Its ridiculous opening a Big Puri pack and instantly having 20 spots of the backpack filled if you don't use a bunch of them. If nothing else, Puris need to stack.

Look, they could use the argument "Just buy more storage chests!" if um, well, you know. There is no freaking way any sane RoM player is going to stick item shop goodies they paid RL cash for in a disappearing housechest, just to get a ticket back a month later that states "lololol sure, you'll get those 200 puri's back just as soon as we have screenies and a letter from God saying they existed! lololol" That's assuming you even ever get a response back at all. I have one guildie (bless him, Palenqueans you know of whom I speak) who lost I dunno how many hundreds of dollars worth of item shop stuff from his 20 or so missing house chests, and he's still lividly waiting for the lol!ticket response.

Another of my guildies likes to say "Gee, Frogster, it'd be great if I had room to BUY MORE STUFF... THAT'S a winning sales strategy if I ever saw one!"

It's like it's so obvious that we should have basically infinite spaces for cash shop stuff... yet we don't. Marketing, so easy a caveman could do it- 'cept apparently they can't.

I agree with Balooga. Please at least make it so that the Random Attribute stones and puries stack and a second item shop backpack page is great idea. Please also offer the random attribute stones as a permenant item in the item shop at the current price.

As a game published Frogster can't do it; but RW can. Either making things stackable or increasing the size of item shop backpack. To me, it seem like a no-brainer.

"Hey, boss, people are complaining to our publisher that they don't have space to store all the stuff they buy from us and are probably holding on purchases because of that"

"Ok, everything else on your to-do list goes down two; put making bigger backpack as your #2 priority and making puries/stones stack as your #1".

But, you know what... Frogster can do something about it too. It is called "reading the request list where the community kept asking for nice, stackable, reasonably priced puri *packs* and releasing the nice, stackable, reasonably priced puri packs instead of not-so-nice, not-so-stackable, not-so-reasonably-priced custom made puri *packages*"

meh... now that I think about it, it'll probably end up being a bad idea. The way things operate around here, you'll get to be able to stack puri's, but if you don't separate them before use, it'll end up using the whole stack... >,<

I'm glad to see some positive feedback coming from this, it's something I feel really needs to happen. There is absolutely no reason to limit the amount of money one can spend here because quite honestly, some people spend a lot of money.

Also, I'd like to add a request to allow the random stat extractors to stack too, those things are effin awesome!

GM, please respond with a real response and let us know what you think. Please say more then "I will forward your request to the development team". I mean, do that but also let us know your 2 cents on the subject please. thanks a bunch =)

I wish this forum had a +Rep system, It's great to see people contributing actual ways to fix problems, I know its happened before and happens more than some would have you believe, but atm the game is in a state of unrest and its nice seeing people come together to provide real answers. -whether or not they get implemented-

I can agree with the idea of stacking Puries. It is a major pain to first make sure I ahve room in my main bags when i open a big purie package. As far as other stuff in the item shop stacking, some of them already do, but the packages should also stack. Doing this may give players a bigger incentive to buy more stuff.

This is happening to me many times, I have my itemshop bag full, a full bank page filled and a storage chest. It was worse until they added the pet/mount bag thing which opened a small portion of itemshopbag space

now we just need this threads ideas to be done thanks!

I am all for ingame quest items and all the other nonsense filling up bag space so ppl will want to rent bag space, but come on, why punish players who pay your bills by limiting them?
Like if go to a drive thru and they only give me 1 small bag and tell me, you can only buy enough food for what can fit in that bag.. but i want 5 family sized meals.. sorry mate only 2 for you... NEXT!
