Blame - Not to Blame. I prefer not to think in blame or not to blame

. Responsible - Not Responsible.
Both Runewaker and Frogster are responsible for putting a good, fun product on the market. Runewaker develops every aspect of the game, and Frogster publishes the game, does the QA work, makes the sales, etc. Who is responsible? Both of us are, but we, Frogster, communicate with you. It's our job to communicate any complaints to the appropiate company or department. So if you have any feedback or complaints you just have to post it on the forums and our Community Management will make sure it ends up with the right people
Also there is nothing we can do about Runewaker b/c they're chinese/Vietnamese one of those lol
They're Taiwanese and English is an universal language

I for example am not a native English speaker, yet I speak English. Perhaps not without spelling mistakes, but as long people can understand
SO seige not being fixed who do we blame for that?
Both, the problem is being worked on by IT (Frogster), QA (Frogster) and the Developers (Runewaker).
Also there istalk of a chapter 5 being released but we have yet to see knights and priests get reblanaced. Unless they're fine the way they are now? But sumtimes the knights"sheild" skills bug and dont work.
I say nothing and everything. Knights was an initial balancing patch, balancing is never done (for any class).
Who do we blame foroldcontent bugging and not being fixed, becuase it seems the relay between Frogster/Gameforge and Runewaker is so slow but yet they can send notes and patches about new chapters or new events.
All I ask is that you guysforward sumthing ( thoguht it wont happen) about all of chapter5 being about seige and PvP arenas. Seigeneeds a revamp, the towers, gates, buildings, gaurds and vehicles.
The usual 'focus on this' 'focus on that' chat is actually more complicated as it seems. The Development team for Runes of Magic is large, very large. But just like with every company, it has several departments. A Programming Department, Game Design Department, Art Department and Sound Department. Each of those departments have quite a few of employees which work on their 'own' things. So at the same time that our Developers design new events, bugs can be fixed as well.
Even though it may not seem like it, since some of the most largest issues still exists, in the last year we had a significant decrease in known reported bugs (Talking about a decrease of approx. 45%). Some of the issues, such as crashes and Siege Wars are harder to fix and may require some massive re-designing and re-working before it can be fixed. As any other company, there is a development plan. When 4.0.8 is released, the next patch is already being worked on, patches may difference in size depending on many factors. But if you pay attention to the patchprogress... nevermind
Also i would liek to see an honor system. Being able to buy * UP TO DATE* gear with honor points. That way more people do arenas and maybe 50 honor pints per kill in seige andarenas anda couple thousand for gears that way people hae to farm arenas for gear so its something to do.
I have forwarded this to our Game Improvement Department, and they will look into it
Becuase if we don't blame someone, Or point out the flaws to someone it may never get fixed. Like for example If we the community of US roM couldcomplain to the Runewakerdirectly i feel it would be more effective than telling themiddleman whenthey dontrespond half the time anyways.
Don't think this is a very good idea, we (Frogster) filter out the 'less useful' reports very fast. We (Frogster) know the details and the formats Runewaker would like to have, etc. The current system works, but I can understand things go a bit too slow for some bugs

We always hope to improve this, but in my opinion in the last year we have already significantly improved this (I take for example - Tergothen Bay hardly knew any Quest Bugs - in comparison to earlier released zones). At the same time, every somewhat larger patch also brings quite a few bugfixes.
As for us not responding half the time anyways. That's why I am here :> To respond, I am the 'bug guy'.
