Once you put it in, you can't take it out. So whatever gear's on there is gone for good.

The magic wardrobe doesn't do anything right now for those who have already skinned all their equipment. But once we're all over the growth pains, this will be a very good thing for everyone. I wonder, will we see weapon and offhand skins added to this eventually? Or will they remain as they are? Also, IMO, one-hand skins should be compatible with both main-hand and off-hand items, but main-hand is not compatible with off-hand. This would reflect the way items are actually equipped by Rogues and Rogue secondaries.

If this is the case, then why did Runewaker and/or Frogster not rewrite the TOS to include Frogster EU instead of America when the current popup was placed in the game?

I don't think a judge is going to let an outdated TOS slide as an excuse for not being held accountable for actions taken. But then I've never been in court for that kind of thing.

This new popup is only temporary and will later on be included in the General Rules popup appearing when launching the game.

People dont know when "later on" will happen and even if it will happen or if it will be one of those things that fell by wayside. Still, this is meant to be a temporary popup and the better time to complain that it is still there and not removed would be couple patches from now.

I honestly don't understand why they would even have that popup, if it's clear that they don't intend to do anything about "cheaters." People are getting away with whatever they want... look at the number of botters out in inferno these days, they're EVERYWHERE! All channels, all hours of the day. Scamming? Psh, they're not worrying about that. They've already managed to bust down the gold selling market, so is this just a future prevention method of that? I just really have a lot of confusion as to what Frogster defines as "cheating" in their eyes.

I made a normal armour into an aggregated one and it still won't go into the wardrobe.

You don't need to aggregate anything. Just have advanced aggs in your inventory and drop the item in your Magic Wardrobe. it was ask for confirmation.
