I participated in the flame of passion event out in Tangea, at the Oblivion Shrine... (it was not included on the other article). The idea here is when the event starts at the hour you need to go talk to the NPC there, and at 3 min till the 10min hour markers (10,20,30...) you can register for the event. Can only be done once a day. Once registered you go into the middle of the glyph that spawns (similar to the fire festival flame altar event) and wait for it to begin. Other players are included in it and are used to earn points. You get a skill that throws a small aoe bomb at the ground and when it explodes, anyone caught in the radius takes a hit, and you earn +1 point. If someone gets hit 3 times, they get knocked down, and you get +2 points. There are also randomly occurring floating shapes of colors (red, blue, green) that give you special skills. Green makes you temporarily invisible, red gives you a knock down skill similar to the aoe bomb skill except it knocks down everyone that gets hit with it, and blue (can't remember what this did).
I got 54 points on my first attempt and earned the title, "Flower God Knockdown King". The others I was competing against did not get anywhere near those points, and did not receive it. So it is based on points, just not sure how many you need to get the title. Most likely +21.
