Runes of Magic US / AU

Yep same on Reni, seems to be less people everyday and we have no responses from GM's on legitimate questions. No weekly offers yet again today and no reason why. Just seems to me they just don't care anymore. Makes me very sad to see this ;-(

Go back to spring of 2010, Frogster renewed their license with Runewaker for two more years for the North American region. Fast forward to 2012, license is coming up again...what will happen! Enter suspicious Hollywood music.

Nytefall why aren't you allowed to come in server anymore? And why is it every US holiday they claim to be caught off guard and didn't seem to know about it. We also get no hype any more which has contributed to the amplified "sky is falling". Sort of like for weeks we were told to post siege issues on siege thread, and now it's quietly pulled today, with zero response.

So in an era of technologies that makes communication so fast, it takes you guys, let's see from friday 17th till the 22th to tell us you are preparing an official comment, really? Are you so afraid that you have to prepare official statement, goes threw your lawyers to make sure you can't get held accountable?


At least on EU forums the GM's is able to give an answer and say they don't know what is wrong, and actually figured out some of it. This is a game where we are suppose to have fun and if things like offers, siege and crashes would be fixed, you wouldn't have so many displeased customers complaining on the forums.

Just fix these issues, it has been 3 years now that you are in BETA and hiding behind that excuse. Just getting tired that your company just doesn't seem to care.

Nytefall for easter can we get the sexy bunny outfit again. I need to replace mine that went the way of the mana stone. As far as holidays go Presidents day was a no biggie to me or most likely most of the US players (not that it isn't important but there are bigger fish to fry). Maybe there needs to be a world wide event every couple months. Like what happens in "GASP" WoW (ok I said it hit me with a wet noodle). There is so much that could be done but isn't.
Shoot I would welcome the Chinese New Year celebrations.

You are the one constantly trolling the forum with your multiple accounts trying to rile up the forum and make it appear that the whole world is falling apart. There are some obvious area of improvement that need to be addressed but your ENDLESS crying about how you want want the EU gets is childish, uninformed, boorish, tiresome and counter-productive. You are without a doubt far and away the single most annoying person on the forum, so troll mission accomplished - gratz! My sincere hope is that your are truly so fed up with the game that you just leave. You will not be missed and it will be addition by subtraction. I have no idea why the forum mods and community managers let you get away with your nonsense and I hope it's addressed.

IMO the forums GM's do a great job.

Now the game GM's and the fact that things are ran by Euro...here's my opinion....
When you get a new job you usually are on trial for week/2 weeks upto a month..after that they keep or let you go.
After giving Euro substantial time....I vote to let them go

The game GM's have failed IMO. Whoever is in charge of weekly/daily/weekend offers is a big fail and ingame GM's to check/visit the servers have given very little effort from what I see. Missed events and no player interaction hardly at all.

The population certainly has fallen greatly just in the past two weeks, not even counting the prior months, there are not that many players.
Siege being broken is probably the largest part of it, erratic sales has some to do with it too surely.
There is just not much to do in the game really asides run Tosh, luckily I am fortunate to have a group to do that with but I feel for many of the other guilds that were near achieving that ,they have lost even more players lately and are at a stalemate.

edit: I'd like to add that there have ben some good sales(offers) lstely, too short and too sporatic tho

It's kind of a thing with people from Disturbed. Their leader is constantly in world screaming about Frogster. You gotta learn to ignore them.

On topic, things have gotten better with FEU in charge, in my opinion. Though yes there is still much much much that needs to be accomplished.

There are two different types of GM - the Customer Support type (like myself, primarily tasked with resolving ticket issues) and the Community Management type (Which is who you will see on the servers).

I'd keep an eye out on the US holidays matter, as this is an ongoing effort. There WAS a Superbowl event, and that's not even an official US holiday. President's day, however, slipped through a crack. Our goal is to prevent this from occurring again.

As Ravesden noted, the Siege War thread wasn't pulled - it was merged with another thread and decided to hang out in the "Feedback" forum for a few minutes. We've fixed that.

I used to not like him, but gotta say he does more then people realize. I am always happy to see him still a part of the Rom nation and support.

Thx Borella for the word of the wise. You are so awesome and should go work for them, maybe we would get more accomplished. Our leader btw just states fact that everyone wants to be fixed and are afraid to say, in case their toons disappear by mistake ;-)

If you can't accept people asking question you shouldn't read them. We are just trying to have answers , if you can't accept that stop reading it or blacklist us.
