I was thinking of coming back to the game.

I left the game after last anniversary with the whole diamond take-back thing. I recently heard that Frogster America was gone and that the EU management team was now in charge. I came back thinking about maybe coming back to the game since new management usually means that old mistakes are at least not repeated, if not fixed.

After having read over the forums, it seems that things have gone downhill since I left. There is more outrage on these forums than I ever saw before. Many of the same old problems seem to still be around but they seem to have compounded them with even newer customer service issues. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.

No correction needed.

Although, Ill note that they're at least a little more honest with some things....eventually.

Nope, you're more or less correct.

Many of the problems from pre-EU management are still here, siege war/lag war has been crash war for a while now, thought it was "fixed" for 1 or 2 weeks. Daily offers are now based on what seems to be the EU timer, so the offers come out and end at weird and often shorter times than what is said or expected.

There's more obviously, but you get the idea.

There is always outrage on the forums. Most of the mature people are gone, and forum population we have left is likely quite a bit worse than what you remember. That does not mean the game is better or worse - that is a bigger subject. But reading forums is a bad method of judging state of the game.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

I see you're still on the forums cheering Frogster on. I guess some things never really change.

Think of it this way: Frogster America left a whole bunch of messes which now Frogster EU has to clean up... Wait a bit and see how it goes...

Things HAVE gone downhill since you left. But they are just now starting to pick up since Frogster EU took over. You should definitely return to the game. They are working their hardest to fix the huge mess that Frogster America caused. They've been doing it for years in Europe, they're doing it here now as well. Things are looking up for the game, you should be a part of it.

The "mess" we have right now with siege has absolutely nothing to do with FA & absolutely nothing to do with RW!
This "mess" lies directly at the feet of FEU. It is a configuration or possibly a hardware "mess" not a coding "mess"!

Siege, an in-game function that relies on coding to even work, is the fault of EU. That makes a lot of sense. Runewaker is the one entirely responsible for creating and make sure coding for the game works. The fact that you had to post multiple "suggestions" to show how FEU could possibly be responsible shows that you are just grasping at straws to place blame. How is it not the fault of FAI, when FEU has only been in charge for a few weeks, and siege has been broken for years. The damage that happened when FEU took over with siege not even working has already been fixed. You can't blame FEU without blaming FAI, because FEU is playing catch-up to make up for the mistakes made by FAI.

Consider this, the game we play is played in several regions, each with it's own servers.

The same client works in all regions simply by selecting the region you prefer to play in.

Siege works in all its buggy glory in every region except in the US region where we are now kicked to the log screen when we try to enter siege.

Please now, can you give me a logical explanation of why it is the code at fault?

Btw, your reply simply says, you need to go buy a clue!

You already left long ago. Do yourself a favor and don't come back. The game is just... well, I'll leave it for you to interpret from all the forum threads.
