Anniversery coming up

What do people want / expect from the upcoming Anniversery (let's try and keep it reasonably positive)

me -

1. Some sort of massive sale with something new. a new mount, new costumes, new runes, something cool and different - there is another great thread covering what people would like to see
2. 2x XP something like 5x TP would be fantastic. Can never have enough TP for skills.
3. I see in the database two new classes and new skills? Perhaps release the new race/ classes/ lvl cap raise all at the same time! too much to hope for I think.
4. Lucky frog sigils. I have missed these for 3 years now for one reason or another. I hope this tradition continues.
5. 250% more diamonds! More?

anyways I would like to see.

1. Many many many purie packs that stack and on sale. (longer than 3 hours)
2. x2-3 xp/tp
2. Daily tickets
4 charges
5.500% dias and no taking it back to make up for the last misshap.
6. A vote for GG t-shirt.

1 A killer diamond sale (500% might be a bit over the top though).
2 New costumes celebrating the aniversary.
3 Lucky Frog sigils are a must (I still have mine from one of the aniversary events).
4 bonus xp and tp would be real nice (then maybe I could level up my alt instead of sitting her in teh Guoild hall all the time).
4 Limited scaleable armor in the CS celebrating the anniversary (what I mean by this is armor that any level can use that the stats raise as the level of the player levels).
5 Some very killer items (weapons/armor) in the CS just for the aniversary (maybe make them ancient weapons that cannot be gotten through any other means?).
6 ELITE SKILLS FOR LEVELS ABOVE 50.
7 GOLDEN GRAND MASTER HAMMERS IN A PACKAGE.


I could go on but I will respect the OP and keep it simple.

Lvl 72 cap raise

And runewaker to stop being lazy and give us new elites, at least add a 55 elite. Oh and ill email runewaker that day to let them know their new game is going to fail so focus on the PROVEN to make them money. I'll also tell them to stop being butthurt frogster turned down their new Japanese looking grinder of an MMO.

Anyone knows what EU had last anniversary? That is likely to be a better indicator of what is coming up than what we had last year under different management.

Content, some news and huge 500% XP/TP, but short 24 hours only. (just like sales now :))

1 year anniversary was better, with possible permanent pet if you log in that day. Of course that was in everyone's favorite - Gashas. ;)

Maybe that would be a good question to ask on the EU forums. But this is what I found in their news archives.

Unfortunately, no fully detailed Item Shop pricing or bundle contents are in included in those news, but at least they missed those announcement when purging their archives of sales news.

The 500% XP/TP was similar to what we got last year, except ours got extended on all servers due to several server outages on a few of the servers during that 24 hour period.

The login gasha was similar (?same?) as what we got last year.

No details there about those bundles we got with the Rune VIIs and stack of Dumplings and a 3rd item.

Thank you sir... We had better promotions overall, I think. 500% XP/TP, gashas that were guaranteed with first time ever VII rune, the otherwise-GM-distributed item like Egg Rice dumplings, and some other nice stuff; plus the diamond sale that was... well... not as well planned as one hoped, leading to infamous 2nd-anniversary diamond fiasco.

Ah, one of my major QQ storms on the forum. I remember it well. People were totally hopping mad for couple months. Much smarter class of complainers than we have now, too. Good times.

why not invent something new for the anniversary?

1. i suggest a pet aggregator stone. you know keeps your pets stats/skills but can look like any other pet you merge it with, kinda how equipment aggre works.

2. Owen, yes him, for the celebration, he should be hidden anywhere in the world of ROM for 30 days(underwater in ystra highlands)(under a ship in CoO) (in the room of one of Dalanis houses) you know anywhere and should switch spots every day and whoever finds him gets to use him (can share his location with someone else or sell it to someone else)

3. and of course super cheap daily resets. screw it make it 90%-99% off :D
jk do 50-70% would still be good.

Yep, forum is missing good QQ mentor... and as all other positions are occupied, I suggest you take a look and fix what's fixable. :D

I should charge Frogster for price of cleaning my monitor, as it got all mess-up while reading our QA answer on other board. I am very thankful we have QA.



As for anniversary - less you hope for - less you get disapointed - my new motto. :)

As wishful thinking, our CM Dio coming on server in valentine's costume, the one made of 2 pieces... PRICELESS :D (should add - have to be kinky to some degree in signature :D)

take away the ability to +16, put it back to +12 (or just do not allow anything over 16 ffs, it screws with the balancing of pve when you account for that), balance out the game more, hold off on content to fix things, and give us 30% speed pots for mounts again!

dunno, when did you get tier7 runes the first time? i found the first X rune sale, it was an only 12h lasting offer on 03/17/2011 without any diamond offer.

Potential X was not included, after a while we got Potential IX then together with X runes ... and another month later Potential X for 299 instead of Potential IX for 279 ... yay for those who bought the IX runes - as usual.
