it does drop mementos, btw how far have you progressed by now?

2nd boss on normal mode doesnt drop mementos, only hard and easy. Been bugged for months.

annelia we are making alot of progress on palenque.. but tosh hard we are having "cleanse" issues on first boss... >.> or so my stubborn mage claims.

p.s.
i do want my mems , tosh normal about 5 times a day.. no mems on second boss.. tsk tsk tsk

Having a hard time with fire de-buff killing you guys? A druids group exorcism will blanket cure the whole raid, might want to get one of those.

If your raid isn't filled with incompetents, its possible. I've solo cleansed as a d/s tosh hard 1st with EDH.

Blame Newegg for delaying my laptop shipment over the weekend. Idiots don't know that "Dr." is short for "Drive" in my street address.

it's very possible to blanket cleanse a raid with that.

issue: it's hard when your DPS thinks that them killing the boss is more important than them not dying.

issue: it's still nuts hard when she's too random, and hits someone twice with piercing, and then nails that area with shatterstar, basically oneshotting a torch bearer.

issue: it's hard as hell to concentrate with an egomaniacal mage telling you what you're doing wrong with his limited scope of view

i still say 6 priests, 5 DPS and a tank. xD

or, they could freaking take cleanse off CD, and make it a real healer useful spell >: (

2 priests, 1 druid Id say is the minimum (that's the hardest I've even attempted and was successful at), just have to have a raid that listens/cooperates. Can be done with less...but Im not gonna waste $$$ to attempt lol.

The rest can be dealt with by either making the dps understand the strategy and knowing that dead dps=no dps...or just drop them and replace with another that DOES understand and cooperates.

He knows what im dealing with... I will admit to not having much practice with the group cleanse.. but im trying my azz off.. Just cant seem to get the dps to listen.. =[ then i get yelled at

What I do (and anyone whose ran with me and hates how Im spilling tactics can deal with me later) is put group exorcism in my #2 hotbar (#1 is for healing arrows...both of these adjustments are tosh 1 exclusive), hit that with my left hand, and use my right hand to target with my mouse.

If the debuff is on myself, ill run to the majority of the raid, and cast exorcism on myself, along with them. Chances are most people who had the debuff will be cleansed. Druids and priests use Purify on any remaining debuffs. (leftovers)

I use 2 addons for 1st boss- healbot 2 (strictly for healing) and gridcliqueit for debuffs. Purify left click, antidote right click. Lot of bad stigma about addons. All it does is take the targeting factor out and puts it into a clickable frame. NOTHING is automated.

The other guild, besides my own, that I have ran with is Exiledemonhorde. They make everyone who has the debuff gather in the middle for cleanse. This tactic requires more from your dps, but screw them. Heaven forbid they stop mashing their DIYCE and have to move 10 feet. Idgaf if they'll have less dps. Boss dead>scrutinizer. Immediately after cleanse they should spread out and be ready to pot/immune for thousand arrows.

edit: as for mems on 2nd on normal...I could have sworn I got mems when we downed it in Ragnarok back in early December...

the mentos just dont drop in normal mode. You can alway heal through the debuff before trying to get oil. Do able with 2 healers . I and 5 friends had cleared hard mode but take a bit long. (Artemis )

Purify does, I use it on myself sometimes. The antidote part was just me saying that I use that addon to cleanse poisons as well, such as in gch.

Yeh i use gridcliqueit for the fifth boss gch antidote. Didnt know about the purify in tosh. I only knew priests cleanse and our group thing. .. im a noob druid but im a damn good one XD Still got lots to learn!

Different healing rotation than I use, but she's my favorite scout turned druid Also, her targetter for aoes seems bugged at first or something o.0

Purify works, but for some reason when you cleanse it still shows as a debuff. Double debuff actually, its weird. But it does cleanse.
