EU has announced 50% Exp and 100% TP event from the 20th-24th. Typically they announce everything earlier on their and its a trickle down effect to us.

Also, look at what was posted on the EU site:

"Summer is coming and everything is blooming and blossoming and we want to share this beauty as you play! Therefore, this weekend you will get double the amount of "action scores" in Score for more when logging in, completing quests, receiving titles and growing your character." [emphasis added]

Score For More is only good in the EU, not here in NA. So...
