I hope you guys are reading the blue message Dionaea just posted.
She has clearly indicated that there has been no compromise of game data.

I would like a bit more clarification concerning this matter that (in my opinion) seems like a bunch of you are acting overly paranoid.
You guys need to relax and calm down. As far as I know there hasn't been a compromise otherwise we would have noticed a few days ago instead of now.
If you can change your password, go ahead and do so. If you cannot and come up with an error, make sure you are using the right password.
If you cannot log into the game because you did not change your password. You need to submit a ticket.
And concerning Craiger's comment, you cannot change the credentials of the account without submitting a ticket. Changing the credentials on your support account doesn't do much. It is the game account that matters and as I just logged into my FA account @
https://account.frogster-america.com
I see nothing wrong with my account.

Hm wasn't me.
For the described situation, this was a single case and is fully under control now.
That is a good example to stress that playing online you should check your computer for viruses and keyloggers on regular basis, this goes not only for regular players but us as well. Also you should change your passwords regularly and not log into other sites with your game login credentials, including forums and sites of the kind we do not want to talk about (goldseller sites, botter forums, private servers, remember: all these are forbidden activities in our game.)
Do not buy gold from goldsellers and accept gold gifts in mail from players you do not know and did not talk about with them. If you suspect a hacking attempt on your account, instantly change all passwords and contact our support.
This is response to this comment and to all the other where ROMs story of what is happening is constantly changing from "this is an isolated case" and "do not buy gold from gold spammers" to "we are certain there has been no breach"
Im sorry, I am not one for normally losing my composure but that is absolute garbage. Two days ago we lost our biggest player, who I would reckon is easily the biggest spender on diamonds this game has ever seen, to this compromise of your systems. We have all done virus scans however my belief is that this is a total waste of time because pure logic completely rules this out for many reasons which I will list below. Most of us have changed our passwords after the theft of the above mentioned player, however as I write our second biggest player, and spender of diamonds, is being attacked and is spamming world chat for this website only minutes after he had logged off. We were actually talking about this situation before he logged off for the night.
1) Do you seriously expect us to believe that over the last 5 days that every single high level player that has had their accounts hacked/stolen have all fell victim to the exact same virus/Trojan/key logger at the exact same time and that said virus/Keylogger/Trojan was specifically tailored to pick up login details of a specific game for the purpose of spamming for a gold selling website?
2) In relationship to the above point, one of your own GMs has fallen victim to these atttacks which any logical person will realize, this almost completely rules out any suggestion that the attacked players may have had any involvement in any gold buying website or may have used any such sites to purchase gold or give their details to since your gms have absolutely no need to do such a thing.
3) Your databases have been attacked and stolen in the past and you have been threatened by the usage of such information against you. That's not to say this is the same person but the suggestion that you are somehow certain that this is not a repeat of this is either a straight up lie or a huge case of pure ignorance.
4) I will have to check and confirm this next statement but I am nearly sure the above mentioned player of our guild who is currently spamming world chat had already changed his password and has already done a complete system check for any unwanted malware which im sure at least some of the other players affected had done so once this started happening. This to me would suggest that whoever is responsible for this has constant access to your system.
5) This is not an isolated case where one person has been careless with their details, or even low level players who are statistically more likely to go to a gold buying website for the purpose of an easy ride to the top. Most, if not all of those affected are massive diamond buyers from your site and have absolutely no reason to have ever visited such a site.
Your whole explanation stinks of crowd control and personally im absolutely furious at your straight up denial to save your asses from the hordes of angry people that would ensue if you admitted that you either have no idea how this is happening or that your system was straight up compromised. Again. Get your act together and either start looking at this sensibly. Either its related to one of your staff or a straight up breach. The fact your own GM was targeted first surely to god screams that this is a direct attack on you, your staff and your game and not just a bunch of people who have mysteriously and coincidently been careless with their details. Stop trying to feed the community here absolutely bullsh..........
