Committing a federal crime isn't worth it for such little gain.

If the guy is going to waste his time compromising a single server and will gain nothing from this act.

Sorry to have to inform you of this, but it is no longer just a single server, but all the servers that have been jeopardized are, from my understanding, located at that farm, (Artemis, Reni and Palenque). For every char that decides to buy gold from the site being spammed, the site DOES make money though, so there is gain.

Customer Support is doing everything they can to recover people's accounts

While I appreciate Support doing everything to assist in the recovery of people's accounts, is the IT team checking to see if there was a compromise or possible breech somewhere other than with the players themselves?

and I will say this again ... if you feel that your account is/might be compromised.

Submit a support ticket, Hope I don't have to

scan your computer, Done

change your passwords. Tried and keep getting password error. It easily changes my forum password though. If you could private mail me an alternative way to change game password, I will be extremely grateful.

Customer Support is doing everything they can to recover people's accounts and I will say this again ... if you feel that your account is/might be compromised. Submit a support ticket, scan your computer, change your passwords.
