Personally, I don't think the item shop has been worth using recently. Gone are weekly sales, weekend deals have been iffy, daily offers are usually junk most people don't want. I see Dio saying she's passing on our comments but to be quite honest I don't feel anyone is reading them or paying attention.

In short, I'm curious to know what you guys think about the current system, and also how you would improve it if you were given the job.

Today we have an Enhancement Potion for 13 diamonds as the Daily Offer. So that would be 390,000 gold (if each diamond was only 30k per). Sorry but no thanks. I'd rather pay 150k for 3 golden eggs from the AH to get the same potion.

You know not once have they thanked us for playing and paying for 3 years, this has been one big "FLASH SALE BUY NOW!"

We couldn't even get an event we had to work for it by liking Facebook or Twitter. They have this idea that they are doing us a favor. Truth is they live or die by OUR money. No offense to the CMs I realize they have no ability to do anything but play messenger. They have bills to pay too so they are not going to make waves with management.

I just can't wait for management to see how terribly low their profits were, I bet they will blame the CMs.

Not to beat a dead horse, but the birthday stuff is supposed to be for US, NOT to give you more money. It's to thank us for giving you money for another year. Instead, we get an announcement that new content is coming (in 3 months) and tp bonus ON MOBS? I'm never one to criticize Frogster or RW, because it is a f2p game, and beggers can't be choosers I suppose, but this is just nonsense. It's a wonder that this game has survived this long.

It's their birthday so we're supposed to give them presents, and gashas are the best present for them. Happy birthday!!!

(The person that created gashas should be the CEO of Frogster, whoever came up with the idea of selling what is essentially a lottery ticket for 1/2 of the price of the most valuable item in the gasha is a genius)

The sales shop itself needs work.

There is not a single reason why all the items that can be placed in the item shop should not be in there for regular sale. Keeping X runes, grand golden repair hammers, big puri packs, and other highly desirable items out of the shop until they're placed on "sale" does not work in the long run, as it only prevents players from spending money they otherwise would have.

Gashas are bad, and should be banned from the shop, IMHO. I am not going to take a chance on getting an item with real world money- if I want the item, I'll either wait until it's a guarantee or do without it.

The prices also need to come down to a reasonable level for what is being offered- I'm looking at you, rune sales. 200 diamonds for a tier 6 rune is WAY overpriced.

In a world of black, white, and grey... I'd be bright friggin' purple. M/P on Reni.

Would really be nice if they listened to what the players want to buy, rather than the marketing guys just putting junk on sale everyday. (psst, spider mount, VII runes, cactus pet, 30d mount potions, etc.)

The Cm's are telling us that they are sending in our suggestions, which makes me wonder, then what happened to all those suggestions? It's obvious that nobody is listening. So if the Cm's did their part, then...?

1) Add 30% speed mount potions
2) Make equipment attribute purifying stones cheaper and add those too

Unsure, but these poll results look worse than I was expecting. But this does show that something is wrong. I'd post some suggestions about how to fix this, but people have been doing that for the past few months and nothing has really changed. There obviously seems to be a break down in communications somewhere.

I dont think there is a breakdown of communication. I think they are just set with the way they are having sales. The CS has been overpriced since chapter 2, so I dont see any real change coming for that either.

Ick, Aggregators, Advanced Agregators, and AT charges should be, like 1 diamond or 1 ruby. Doing dailies to get charges is annoying. Seriously, 12 dailies just for ONE equipment statting? And aggregators don't do anything non-cosmetic, so... Why make them a drain? Otherwise the IS is ok-ish.

Ithiriz(Osha M/R/W 50/30/25), Saerimuus (Osha Wd/D 12/1), and some other Elf, Osha D/S 13/10, not to mention a few random characters on random servers that I made but that you probably won't ever see.

i would love to rant and rage but I think I will just point at the poll out of the over 50 people that took the survey 0 said it was even decent and 2/3 say its garbage obviously it needs changed.
honestly I don't care about the price all I invest in the game is time I go afk 10 min do a survey and I have some dias to spend so if something goes on sale and I need/want it I buy it I don't look at the price problem is I cant remember the last good sale and if its not available I cant buy it regardless of price that is something I think needs changed I don't see how they think they can have a shop that sells nothing and make money.
