The people who run the cash shop have lost touch with the game itself. The problem is that they insist on filling the cash shop and the gashas in the cash shop with items that no one wants or uses. Items which were marginally useful years ago when the players were level 20 or 30 but now totally useless.
For example Jewels to + items level 30 or less with the new regions most people can clear level 30 in a matter of a few days no one adds + to level 5, 10, 20 or 30 items anymore since the new areas for leveling and selling or giving away a low level item you have added + to even level 40 or 50 just doesn't exist the cost of the Advanced Unbinder alone is many times the items value. Does anyone know if anyone has bought a jewel to + an item under level 50 in the past year except by accident, yet they constantly appear in sales and are added to packages and gashas. Someone is wasting a lot of time trying to push these useless items which could be spent usefully somewhere else. This is only one example of badly outdated items and of how they have lost touch with the game.
if they were willing to spend even half the time they spend adding these worthless items to sales or gashas and spend it on creating new useful items that people would use and buy. For example a pet unbinder. They would make many times the money and end most of the complaints. But it seems no one involved with the cash shop actually plays the game.
