What does this item do?!

Charged Iron Rune Dice.

Whenever I click it, it rolls two dice.. If I get a matching pair, it says I'm lucky and I get a 3min "lucky" buff.

Does this increase drop rate? If so how much because it doesn't seem to increase it at all.. I sent in a ticket but they said they couldn't release game mechanics.. I'm the only one on Indigo with this item and would really really like to know more about it.

What I do know about it: A friend crafted it during an event a long time ago with mats that were given out when you logged in.. only about 1/100 would turn in the Charged Iron Rune Dice...

Please help!

Hello Syren,

I honestly do not know but some items provided cosmetic uses.

Like the one from the crafting event for Blacksmithing provided a pet egg that was purely cosmetic and looked like a tiny 1st HoS boss.
